Holiday Tree or Christmas Tree?

I don't know about you but I find the whole controversy around what we should call the "decorated tree with lights" a bit silly. I am a progressive minded person but honestly feel that calling a Christmas tree a holiday tree is over the top. It's simply ridiculous. I agree that the company party should be called a holiday party and I believe in wishing people a happy holiday because I do respect all religious and non-religious backgrounds. However, the
Speaking of Christmas, I have yet to start my shopping. As usual I wait literally to the last minute. If you do a lot of shopping online check out this on comparison-shopping. I love going to the mail and seeing the cards that we get and the different styles, sayings, etc. It gives me the warm and fuzzies.

In the world of pop culture Jessica and Nick (he's available guys!), Madonna wants to be a (acting didn't work out), a tremendous film that I can not wait to see is , and last but not least did you see the final episode of the Biggest Loser? The winner lost a total of 157 lbs. These people went through amazing transformations all through diet and exercise. No pills, no surgery, and most importantly no excuses. It's amazing how much I hear people squawk (including myself) about 10-15 lbs when these people had to loose 100 lbs. One guy was over 400 lbs and now looks like a runway model. I find it inspiring. I think I will join one of the new Boston Sports Club's that are opening. There is one opening in Watertown and one in the South End. Yippee!
