Watch: Alex Jones Has Unhinged Meltdown Over Drag Queen Story Hour

READ TIME: 1 MIN.

Space aliens, baby giraffes and a grown man's temper tantrum that ends in his throwing a chair. Alex Jones has hit a new low.

It's been a popular "feel good" story of 2017 - drag queens being hired by local library systems to read books to children during story hour. But the popular trend which started in New York's Brooklyn Public Library and spread all the way to Juneau, Alaska has proven to be too much for far right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who is calling the library program a liberal plot to "sexualize" children.

Right Wing Watch reports that in the latter half of "The Alex Jones Show" on Wednesday, Jones embarked on an unusually (even for him) unhinged rant on the subject of drag queen story hour that included a bizarre allegory that involved a space alien and baby giraffe.

"Imagine if someone in a demon outfit," Jones said, referring to drag costumes, "showed up next to a baby giraffe and said, 'Hi, I'm a demon. Be inclusive. Don't be mean to me. Let me wear demon horns and come up and look like a complete alien from another planet.'"

"There isn't a species on the planet that would let something that looks like a space alien get up close to its kids," Jones shouted. "But only in America does it happen and I'm sick of it."

Jones ended his tantrum by throwing his chair at the cameraman.
