Linda Lavin to Perform at P-Town's Crown and Anchor August 3rd and 4th

There's a new girl in PTown and she's looking GOOD!

See Broadway and television star Linda Lavin makes her Provincetown debut right here at the Crown and Anchor! Accompanied by the fabulous Billy Stritch, Ms. Lavin will sing songs from her new CD "Possibilities," as well as some of Broadway's most memorable show tunes. Widely known for the title role in the hit sitcom, "Alice," she is only in town for two performances on August 3rd and 4th at 8 P.M.

Linda Lavin won a Tony Award, as well as Drama Desk, Outer Critics and Helen Hayes Awards, for her performance in "Broadway Bound" in 1987. She is a six-time Tony nominee for her roles in "The Last of the Red Hot Lovers," "The Diary of Anne Frank," "The Tale of the Allergist's Wife," "Collected Stories" and, most recently, "The Lyons." She was a twice-again winner of the Drama Desk Award and two-time Golden Globe winner for her role as Alice on the TV show "Alice," in which she starred for nine years.
