ISIS Murders Mount :: Latest Gay Victims Hurled from 100-Foot Building

In yet another horrific murder by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS/ISIL), three men have been dropped from the roof of a 100ft building in Iraq for being gay.

In a series of disturbing images, ISIS militants are shown holding a man by his ankles, hanging him over the edge of the building in the Iraqi city of Mosul. Below, a crowd gathers, waiting to throw heavy rocks at any of the men, should they survive their fall.

Posted by ISIS, the images were captioned "In the name of God the Merciful." ISIS's barbaric code of laws are based on an extreme interpretation of Islamic law and homosexuality, among many other crimes, is punishable by death.

It's the latest in a string of murders of gay men in ISIS's captured territory. Last year, ISIS militants pushed a gay man from the roof of a building in another part of Iraq. In April this year, ISIS militants as well as a crowd of men and boys stoned a man to death for being gay. Later that same month, in a bizarre act of barbarism, ISIS militants openly embraced and "forgave" two men before stoning them to death, one for being gay.

In total, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has estimated that 1,511 people have died during the ISIS conflicts, including 32 women and 23 children.
