Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Mary Gauthier has announced a string of early spring tour dates, which will take her from Nashville's revered Bluebird Cafe up the East Coast. Highlights of the tour include eight dates with Allison Moorer and two dates with fellow songwriter David Wilcox including NYC's City Winery on March 29.

Mary Gauthier's latest album "Trouble & Love," her first studio album in four years received unanimous praise from the press, and captured the attention of Terry Gross of NPR's Fresh Air, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Huffington Post and many more. A powerful and very personal album, the eight carefully crafted songs on the album cut to the core as it deals with the roller coaster ride of pain, loss but also hope, transformation and healing. Highlights of Gauthier's last year included a performance on "Good Day LA" and a string of appearances on the historic Grand Ole Opry.

Mary Gauthier was recently nominated for Outstanding Music Artist by the GLAAD media awards. The GLAAD media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives. The awards also fund GLAAD's work to amplify stories from the LGBT community and issues that build support for equality.
