Princess Stéphanie's Favorite Desserts Help Fight AIDS

MONTE CARLO, Monaco - From 1 to 15 December, the M�ridien Beach Plaza Hotel will be selling two of H.S.H. Princess St�phanie's favorite desserts, revisited by pastry chef Julien Beaulieu: a cupcake-style chocolate cake and a Tarte Tatin.
The cake and the Tarte Tatin can be purchased to take out, but each dessert will also be on the menu at "L'Intempo" for 13 �, of which 10 � will be donated to the charity "Fight AIDS Monaco."
This activity, which will be launched symbolically on 1 December, World AIDS Day, will be carried out jointly by the M�ridien Beach Plaza and "Fight AIDS Monaco."
The money raised will be used to improve the quality of life of people suffering from AIDS.
