PURPLE RAIN

2 oz. (60 ml) Bulldog London Dry Gin
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cr�me de Violette Liquer
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 oz. (8 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Chilled Champagne or Cava

Combine ingredients (save sparkling wine) in a shaker over ice.
Shake and strain into a tall glass and top with Champagne or Cava.

ENGLISH GARDEN

2 oz. (60 ml) Bulldog London Dry Gin
1 oz. (30 ml) Apple Juice
Splash Lemon Juice
Splash Simple Syrup
2 Slices of Apple
2 Slices of Cucumber
Splash of Soda Water

Muddle fruit into the bottom of the shaker.
Combine BULLDOG Gin and shake vigorously.
Strain and serve in a tall glass with cucumber and basil leaf garnish.
