Colton Haynes is teaming up with "Broad City" co-creator and star Ilana Glazer for a new comedy called "I Run Hot," where he'll play an "#InstaGay," Deadline reports.

The show is in development with AMC and Glazer will direct and executive produce the comedy along with her brother, Eliot Glazer. He will write and also serve as an executive producer while co-starring in the series. Deadline writes the show will follow the unlikely friendship between Eliot, "a gay curmudgeon who never quite fit in with the community, and Colton, a famous #instagay who can't help but exemplify it."

Though Deadline didn't report that Haynes is playing the role of Colton, the "American Horror Story" actor confirmed the news on social media, writing, "Here we go!!! I am sooo excited to work with my boos."

Eliot Glazer retweeted Haynes' message, writing, "Started from the bottom now we're queer," adding the rainbow LGBTQ Pride flag emoji.

Haynes and Ilana Glazer previously appeared in the 2017 Scarlett Johansson lead comedy "Rough Night." Haynes, 31, previously starred in "Teen Wolf," "Arrow," and "Scream Queens."
