Milo Yiannopoulos has come out of retirement, which is news because he never said he was retired. Nonetheless, the right-wing provocateur may have found his perfect niche as an intern for Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, according to the Daily Beast.

"Yiannopoulos, 37, posted to Telegram on Monday morning a photo of what appeared to be a newly issued congressional badge, placed atop a Louis Vuitton briefcase."

"I've finally been persuaded out of retirement," wrote the British right-wing media troll. "But my skills are a bit rusty, so the best role I could land was an unpaid internship with a friend. Pray for me!"

He added: "Mummy always said I'd end up in government."

While Yiannopoulos did not return the Daily Beast for comment, Greene did with her usual rhetorical flourish: "So I have an intern that was raped by a priest as a young teen, was gay, has offended everyone at some point, turned his life back to Jesus and Church, and changed his life," Greene told The Daily Beast. "Great story!"

The news shouldn't surprise anyone that has been watching the pair: Yiannopoulos attended a press conference by the ultra-conservative congresswoman in April and was seen being escorted in the Capital building through a "members only" entrance.

Yiannopoulos has been something of the poster boy of the "ex-gay" movement, having declared himself not be LGBTQ last year. "I treat it like an addiction," he explained at the time referring to his homosexuality. "I hope people will support and pray for me, if for no other reason than they share my delight at the prospect of Milo Yiannopoulos furiously and indignantly railing against homosexuals for sins of the flesh."
