LA Realtor Gets Ballsy (Literally) to Sell a Property
Though he likely doesn't come with the property, realtor David Ferrugio is doing a splendid job of promoting a Los Angeles house with a ballsy series of IG pics.
"If you wanna know how hard it is to stand out in the Los Angeles real estate market, just ask this guy ... who went all NSFW with his listing ... trying to score a sale!!!" writes TMZ.

No doubt his 12,600 followers will be increasing once his post goes viral.
In the nine-pic spread for a LA property with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths listed at $1,285,000, Ferrugio has five in which he is naked with his privates blurred. In one he is standing outside the front door in an open robe, cigarette in mouth reading a newspaper. Another has him shot from behind cooking in the kitchen; while the most provocative is him sitting legs-spread in the back yard as if the centerfold for.a nudist magazine.
The canny campaign highlights Ferrugio's creative side."David leads with his marketing creativity in his unique scripted story-line videos and digital campaigns that allow himself and his properties to stand out from a saturated market which includes a lot of redundancy," reads his website bio.
Born in New York, raised in New Jersey, with a marketing degree from a Philadelphia school, "David brings authentic prowess to the table for every client. He started his career wearing the soles off of his shoes going door to door to meet Los Angeles residence and to earn business. He takes this grit and determination with him towards every deal as his career progresses."
His father died in attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, which has led him host a podcast called "DEAD Talks" in which he discusses grief and death with guests who have lost loved ones in much light hearted, easy to digest and often humorous manner.
On the website he writes about his father: "He died when I was 12 years old on September 11th, 2001 in the World Trade Center. I've experienced death in my own way at a relatively young age and has defined me in many ways. It has created a fire within full of my own perceptions on death and dying along with a yearning to hear others stories of people who have lived through death in their own way."
